Why SCI Healthcare ?

SCI's Healthcare surrogacy program is proven, with more than 200 babies now home with their families, it’s clear SCI Healthcare is doing well! We provide  references from past and present clients and have online blogs praising our service.

High success rates

Dr Shivani Sachdev Gour and her team are one of the largest and most experienced IVF/surrogacy providers in India. Dr Shivani is “hands-on”, SCI Healthcare’s embryology team is experienced and we enjoy high pregnancy results with 75 per cent of donor egg/surrogacy clients achieving pregnancy on their first try.

Brand new five-star medical facilities

Our IVF centre Isis Hospital is brand new and equipped with the latest medical equipment. Our centre rivals the best private hospitals in the world in terms of medical care and comfort.

Ethical and reputable

SCI Healthcare follows the Guidelines for IVF and Surrogacy practice recommended by the Indian Council of Medical Research. In the absence of Indian legislation regulating surrogacy agreements, ICMR guidelines set out a code of ethical standards we closely observe.

Good communication

We understand how difficult it can be using a clinic in a foreign country. Most of our clients start the surrogacy process feeling alone, however rest assured, hundreds of couples before you have done just that and are now home with their babies. If they can do it, so can you!
We provide regular test results throughout your treatment and pregnancy. We don't keep clients waiting for news, there is always someone available to help you.

Extensive choice of Indian donors

We have many young Indian women enrolled and willing to help our clients. We are also the only clinic in India to offer academic donors, young women who have post-secondary school education. You can view our donors profiles prior to enrolling without charge.

We can accept frozen embryo and sperm shipments

We regularly accept shipments of sperm and embryos from clinics around the world. We trust only experienced shipping companies who have successfully delivered to us without issue.

Surrogates ready to start

You do not need to wait to be matched with a surrogate. We have pre-screened surrogate mothers keen to get started. Once you have enrolled and have your test results to us, we can start your cycle.

Embryo transfer must occur at exactly the right time. Dr Shivani cycles a group of surrogates at the beginning of a treatment cycle. When you, or your donor, are ready to start the active phase of treatment, stimulation medications, you receive surrogate profiles. You are only offered profiles of women whose cycles best fit your cycle or your donor’s cycle. In the rare case of something not going according to plan and your surrogate mother is not ready for embryo transfer, we have other surrogates on the same cycle ready for transfer. This means your cycle will not be cancelled.

Transparent prices

We offer a basic surrogacy package and advise all clients of costs for services that may, or may not, be needed. Not all pregnancies run smoothly and sometimes there are unforeseen expenses.

Assistance in Delhi

When you are in Delhi, be reassured that you are not alone. Our concierge service will assist you with everything you may need including airport pick-up, private taxi services, the best prices for quality accommodation, places to shop and things to do and see.  After birth of your baby we help in practical ways by loaning you baby items such as bottle warmers and sterilisers, and baby baths, and provide a low cost in-home nursing service.

Our services include:
  • IVF ICSI, IUI, Natural cycle IVF
  • Infertility investigation
  • Tubal ligation reversal
  • Egg and Sperm donors
  • Surrogacy
  • Freezing/storage of eggs, sperm and embryos
Our success rates with young donors and surrogate mothers is more than 75%,with a live birth rate of 55%. We have many successful surrogacy births with babies safely home with their families, and more than 50 pregnant surrogates for international clients.

Due to the the care and diligence of my recruiting staff, we have more than 65 screened egg donors for Intending Parents to choose from. These are a mix of new and experienced donors, so that IPs will be able to see the results of previous egg collections when possible. We have listened to IP's concerns with regards to not knowing if their baby has a half sibling in the same country and therefore we are committed, as far as possible, our donors donate once to any country.

We understand that for some IP's academic excellence is an important characteristic when choosing an egg donor. We are particularly proud of the establishment of our Premium Egg Donor Service in which women who have studied at prestigious Delhi universities have kindly agreed to become Egg Donors.

Our clients

In the past two months we have helped more than 20 families become pregnant. Some families come through LGBT networks and word of mouth, many believing they would never have the opportunity to have children of their own. We have intending mothers who have survived cancer and had hysterectomies, others with significant histories with IVF procedures in their own countries and others who had resigned themselves to being childless after being confronted with the significant waiting time for adoption in their countries. We have had successful outcomes for many of our families who have chosen to self cycle in India.

If you believe that we can help you achieve your dream of becoming a family, please contact us.

India
is a both beautiful and bamboozling place, where holy cows bask on heavenly beaches next to modern hotels, and ancient temples sit perfectly at home besides shiny offices. Glittering trains pass through rural villages where life hasn't changed for hundreds of years, and through it all teems one sixth of the world's population. India is vast, varied and, above all, unforgettably beautiful.
India's intoxicatingly rich history has spawned a number of exquisite palaces, temples and monuments. The most frequently visited part of India is the Golden Triangle, comprised of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. The people-packed cities of Mumbai (Bombay) and Kolkata (Calcutta) have a bustling, colourful charm, while the holy city of Varanasi and the awe-inspiring temples of Tamil Nadu are rewarding places of pilgrimage.
Goa and Kerala's palm-fringed beaches await those in search of tropical bliss. And for fresh air and serenity, India ripples with pristine mountains and hills, from the towering beauty of the mighty Himalayas to a bevy of beautiful pine forests, orchards and babbling streams.

Delhi is a city of jarring juxtapositions: extreme wealth and brutal poverty, outstanding natural beauty and polluted urban sprawls, modern metropolises and medieval bazaars.
For the first time visitor, a trip to India's capital can be daunting, however look beyond the surface, and you'll find a place rich with history, culture and overwhelming color.
There are monuments, mosques and tombs in abundance, impressive colonial architecture, brilliant museums, excellent restaurants and more than enough bazaars, markets and shops. In fact, your only problem will be fitting it all in.

Money

The Indian rupee (Rs) is divided into 100 paise (p), but paise coins are increasingly rare. Coins come in denominations of 5, 10, 20, 25 and 50 paise, and Rs 1, 2 and 5; notes come in Rs 10, 20, 50, 100, 500 and 1000 (this last bill can be hard to change outside banks). The Indian rupee is linked to a basket of currencies and its value is generally stable.

ATMs linked to international networks are common in most towns and cities in India. However, carry cash or travellers cheques as backup in case the power goes down, the ATM is out of order, or you lose or break your plastic.

Remember, you must present your passport whenever you change currency or travellers cheques. Commission for foreign exchange is becoming increasingly rare; if it is charged, the fee is nominal.

Visas

You must get a visa before arriving in India and these are easily available at Indian missions worldwide. Most people travel on the standard tourist visa, which is more than adequate for most needs.

Vaccinations

Specialised travel-medicine clinics are your best source of information; they stock all available vaccines and will be able to give specific recommendations for you and your trip. The doctors will take into account factors such as past vaccination history, the length of your trip, activities you may be undertaking and underlying medical conditions.
